As part of our effort to raise up deacons in our church and because we wanted to clarify our stance on Deacons we have recently produced a statement on Deacons. This statement covers God's purpose for deacons, what deacons do, who can be a deacon, whether women can become deacons, and the process of becoming a deacon. It is available here.
